What we collect

When you submit interest, we store your name, email, optional phone, fishing preferences, preferred date, party size, and message. Captain applications also include charter name, departure area, and availability. We record submission time and your consent.

How we use it

The site team uses this information to review applications and follow up on the interest you expressed. Your contact details and angler inquiries are not published. Approved captain business names, areas, fishing styles, availability, and charter descriptions appear publicly. Do not put private contact details in a charter description.

Your choices

Submitting a form is optional and does not create a booking or a marketing subscription. To request access, correction, or deletion, submit a request through the interest form using the same email address and explain what you need. We may verify ownership before acting.

Storage and essential cookies

Requests are stored in the site's SQL database for follow-up and administration. Request details are also emailed to the site team for review and follow-up. This site uses an essential form-security cookie to protect submissions. Public pages use Google Analytics (G-5J6D7QBSTD) to understand visits and site usage. Google may use analytics cookies and process browser, device, and usage information. Admin and account pages do not load the tag. Configured page addresses omit query strings and fragments, and we do not send contact details or form contents as custom analytics data. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Your browser settings or blocking tools can limit analytics cookies and requests. Operational server logs may record basic request information for reliability and security.

Guest photo sharing

Photo submissions include your display name, private email address, caption, image, consent, and submission time. Images are resized and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata. Admin reviews submissions before publication. Approved images, display names, and captions are public; email addresses are not. Do not upload private information or pictures without the permission of everyone shown. Use the interest form with the same email to request removal.
